When the box arrived, it was crushed, and the chair had scratches on it right out of the packaging. I was also confused because the email said one thing, but what actually showed up was another. Overall, not a great experience.

I was in a good mood that day and just relieved when the guys showed up right on time. They put everything together quickly, didn’t leave any mess behind, and the dresser feels really sturdy. Overall, I’m really happy with how it turned out

Customer service did try to help, and they were nice enough, but I still walked away feeling like I didn’t fully understand what I’d be agreeing to. Maybe it’s smoother for other people, but for me it made the whole shopping experience more stressful than it needed to be

It felt really tiny, and I couldn’t find even basic styles I was looking for, like simple tees, plain jeans, neutral colors, classic cuts, everyday sweaters, or just normal pieces you’d expect to see. I kept browsing thinking maybe I was missing something, but there just wasn’t much there.

Site was easy to use. Found a couch I liked, but it was out of stock or had a long wait. Annoying. Prices seemed okay though. I might check again later.

I ordered a TV stand and a side table from Homemakers, and overall I’m happy with them. They look almost exactly like the photos, and the wood feels sturdy for what I paid. One of the screw holes didn’t line up great, which was annoying, but I got it together. They look really nice in my living room and feel like they’ll hold up well. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because a few items still seemed a little pricey, even on sale. But overall, I saved more than I thought I would, and the checkout process was simple.
